Eden River Festival – 3rd weekend in September, Downtown Eden, NC

Eden’s motto is “Discover the Big Outdoors,” and Riverfest brings that energy right to the pavement. Washington Street transforms into a buzzing playground filled with over 100 artisans, crafters, and vendors. You can browse everything from handmade pottery to local honey, all while the smell of funnel cakes and smoked BBQ follows you down the street.

This annual 2-day event is always a favorite.  Local music, food trucks, lively activities, kid activities, and concerts all day, interactive Play Zone, over 100 artisans and crafters, food vendors, historical exhibits, BMX Show, Butterfly Encounter, Chainsaw Carver, Magician, Amusements, Ax Throwing, Characters, Sand Art, Beer Garden, and lots of specialty food vendors, drink tents, and fun.
