By purchasing any products from Pure Wellness Body & Health, you confirm and agree to test products on a very small area of the skin before using on your full body. You agree to hold Pure Wellness Body & Health, its board members, officers, directors, employees, affiliates, and vendors harmless from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions and any cause of action whatsoever as it relates to the purchase and use of our products including any and all loss, damage, injury or death. If purchasing for someone other than yourself or purchasing with a gift card, you agree to inform any and all recipients about all terms, all liability and all disclaimers and agree to be responsible for any actions arising from you giving or providing any products from Pure Wellness Body & Health to any product recipient or recipients. Should anyone use products from Pure Wellness Body & Health as a guest, tenant, visitor or be a third-party user of any kind from a purchaser of our products, the purchaser agrees to inform any and all users and potential users about all terms, all liability and all disclaimers and agrees to be responsible for any actions arising from purchaser giving or providing any products from Pure Wellness Body & Health to any users or potential users.

In no event, situation or occurrence shall the aggregate liability be greater than the amount paid by the purchaser for a purchased product or products before, during and/or after the purchase date. You agree to hold Pure Wellness Body & Health, its board members, officers, directors, employees, affiliates, and vendors harmless from any direct, indirect, punitive, special, exemplary, incidental, consequential, or other damages of any type or kind including loss of data, revenue, profits, use or other economic advantage or disadvantage arising out of using the website. Return and Refund Policy

To ensure everyone’s health and safety, we are not able to accept returns for any opened or used products. If a product is in brand-new, unused condition, you may return the new, unused product for evaluation to determine if a replacement request is approved. It must be returned within 7 days from the original delivery date to be considered for a potential replacement. Should products be damaged in the delivery process from mail delivery vendors, we will need pictures to review for replacement consideration and also needed to submit damage claims for the shipping vendor. Pictures for any damaged items must be provided immediately upon receipt. Damage claims will not be accepted and/or considered beyond 7 days from the original delivery date. Any potential refunds will only be for the merchandise purchase price and will be provided using the original form of payment. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable and all return shipping fees as well as any subsequent shipping and handling fees will be the responsibility of the purchaser.

Should any item or items be damaged as you are returning them for replacement consideration, Pure Wellness Body & Health will not be responsible for any lost or damaged items as a result of any shipping loss or shipping damage when they are being returned by the purchaser or recipient for replacement consideration.

Pure Wellness Body & Health respects your privacy. Information may be collected such as IP addresses, cookie identifiers and website activity. Pure Wellness Body & Health will not share your email address, customer information or personal details with any third parties. Your personal data and information is used to procure and process orders, for customer service and to keep you informed if you elect to receive Pure Wellness Body & Health updates and reminders.
